Calaro

Zennor's Calaro is a medium roast that delivers a well-balanced cup with layers of fruit, cream, and chocolate. The beans unfold with a pleasant sweetness and syrupy body, creating a smooth drinking experience from the first sip to the finish. We'd recommend brewing this as a filter coffee or flat white to let its creamy character shine through, though it works equally well as an espresso. It's a roast that rewards a slightly cooler water temperature, around 90–95°C, to preserve its delicate fruity notes.
