Hamararo comes from Ethiopia and is processed using the washed method, which brings clarity to the cup. You'll find citric brightness throughout, with delicate floral aromatics that make this coffee a pleasure to smell before tasting. The acidity is vibrant without being sharp, making it equally at home as a filter coffee or a gentle espresso. We recommend brewing it at a slightly lower temperature than usual to preserve the delicate character.
