Processed using the natural anaerobic method, carefully selected cherries are fermented without oxygen before being slowly dried. This approach creates depth, sweetness and expressive flavour. In the cup, expect a sweet and complex profile with notes of mango, strawberry and toffee, supported by tropical fruit character and a creamy, lactic mouthfeel.
