Chelbesa beans come from Ethiopia and are processed using the natural method, which allows the fruit to develop fully in the cup. Expect bright flavours of ripe stonefruit and hazelnut, with a subtle sweetness reminiscent of sugarcane juice. The aroma carries those stone fruit characteristics clearly. This roast works particularly well as a filter coffee, where these delicate flavours can shine without interruption.
