Echoes

Echoes is a medium-roast washed coffee from Rwanda, where the altitude and volcanic soil create conditions for distinctive fruit-forward beans. In the cup, you'll find bright raspberry notes balanced by creamy milk chocolate and a subtle Darjeeling tea character that lingers gently. The medium roast and strength make it versatile—equally at home as a straight espresso or filter coffee. We'd suggest brewing it at around 90–92°C to let those delicate fruit notes come through without becoming sharp.
