About Rare Beans
These beans come from Colombia, where they're carefully processed to preserve their delicate characteristics. In the cup, you'll find bright stone fruit flavours balanced by white floral notes, all supported by a syrupy body that finishes clean and crisp. The light roast brings out the beans' natural complexity without heaviness. We'd suggest brewing this at a slightly lower temperature than you might normally use—around 90–93°C—to let the more subtle flavours shine through.
