Kaffeine Eastcastle St

Pretty renowned, and proudly Antipodean, coffee shop just north of Oxford street. They focus on brewing espresso coffees and seem very proud of their Victoria Arduino Black Eagle Gravimetric espresso machine. I used to come here on occasion when I worked around the corner. They also have a branch on Great Titchfield street but I prefer the layout of this one, which is a tad bigger and taking a seat doesn't feel like you're sitting at the counter. What I really like about Kaffeine is the coffee. Stock issue is Red Brick from Square Mile in London. This makes a deep and rich long black. Alongside this they have a rotating guest blend. Maybe riding on the great reputation of the Kaffeine brand, I do find this is one of the more expensive coffeeshops around.
