About Cost Rica Red Catuai
These beans come from Costa Rica and are prepared using the honey process, which leaves some of the fruit mucilage on the bean during drying and contributes to a rounder, slightly sweeter cup. Expect flavours of red grapes and caramel, with a gentle fruitiness and a smooth, lingering finish. The omni roast style means it performs consistently across both espresso and filter brewing methods. For filter, a medium-coarse grind and water around 93°C will let the grape and caramel notes come through clearly.
