These beans come from Finca El Porvenir in Colombia, where they've been carefully washed to bring out their clean, vibrant character. In the cup you'll find fresh mango, lemonade brightness, and a juicy body that feels alive on the palate. The nose carries that same citrusy, tropical quality. We'd suggest brewing this at a slightly lower temperature than usual—around 90–92°C—to let its delicate fruit notes come through without any harshness.
