Finca Monterrey

Finca Monterrey comes from El Salvador and is processed using the washed method, which strips away the fruit before drying to produce a clean, well-defined cup. In the glass, expect layered sweetness — chocolate and toffee at the base, with almond and maple running through, and a praline finish that lingers without becoming heavy. The clean profile makes it well suited to filter brewing, where those quieter notes of almond and maple have room to come through. It also works as a straightforward black espresso for those who prefer sweetness without acidity.
