IGNITE from Fire & Flow is produced using both washed and natural processing methods, which together bring clarity and fruit-forward sweetness to the cup. Expect aromas of dark chocolate and dried plum, with a palate that moves through treacle and Caramac before settling into a smooth, nutty macadamia finish. The natural-processed component gives the coffee a rounded body that holds up well with milk, making it a reliable choice as a flat white or cortado. For filter brewing, a medium-coarse grind at around 93°C will keep the fruit notes present without pushing the sweetness too far.
