The Romero Brothers comes from Honduras and is processed using the natural method, where beans dry inside the fruit, drawing out deep sweetness and body. In the cup, expect flavours of dark chocolate, cherry, brownies, and fudge, with a rounded, warming quality throughout. It suits a slow brew — a French press or pour-over at a slightly lower temperature will keep those softer fruit and chocolate notes intact. Works well black, though a small amount of milk won't overwhelm it.
