These beans come from Costa Rica and have been washed processed to bring out their cleaner characteristics. In the cup, you'll find a pleasant balance of stone fruit sweetness with nutty undertones, rounded out by subtle chocolate and mocha notes. The aroma carries those same qualities through. We'd suggest brewing this at a slightly higher temperature if you prefer the chocolate notes to come forward more prominently.
