Monte Flor (Flat Cap)

Monte Flor comes from Guatemala and is processed using the washed method, which strips away the fruit skin before drying to produce a clean, well-defined cup. In the glass, expect chocolate and caramel at the base, lifted by the brightness of orange and the gentle sweetness of pear. It's an omni roast, meaning it performs reliably across brewing methods — try it as a pour-over to bring out the citrus clarity, or as an espresso to emphasise the richer, darker notes. A solid everyday roast with enough character to reward attention.
