Sourced from Uganda and processed using the washed method, Katanda produces a clean, transparent cup that lets the origin character come through clearly. In the glass, expect blackberry and apple with a subtle cola sweetness that adds a pleasant roundness to the finish. The omni roast style makes it flexible across brew methods — it works well as a filter for a lighter, fruit-forward experience, or through an espresso machine if you prefer more body. Best enjoyed black to appreciate the fruit notes without distraction.
