Fazenda Recreio comes from Brazil and is processed using the natural method, where the coffee cherry dries around the bean to develop depth and sweetness. In the cup, expect caramel and milk chocolate alongside notes of pecan and dried fig, with a rounded, medium-bodied finish. It works well as a straight espresso, where those sweeter, nuttier qualities come through clearly.
