Kii

Kii is sourced from the Kii washing station in Kenya's Kirinyaga County, where ripe cherries are fully washed and dried on raised beds to preserve clarity and structure. In the cup it delivers bright citrus acidity alongside notes of blackcurrant and tomato, with a clean, well-defined finish. The aroma carries a gentle sweetness that opens up as the coffee cools. It works particularly well as a pour-over, where the slower brew draws out its more delicate fruit characteristics.
