Sirinya

Sirinya is sourced from Thailand, a country producing a modest but growing range of specialty coffees, and is processed using a natural method that allows the fruit to impart character during drying. In the cup, expect dried fruit and a rounded, gentle sweetness with a soft body. The natural processing also lends a subtle floral quality to the aroma. It brews well as a filter or pour-over, where lower temperatures around 90–92°C help preserve the more delicate fruit notes.
