About Topazio

Topazio comes from Brazil and is processed using the natural method, where the coffee cherry dries around the bean, drawing out the fruit's sugars and deepening the cup's character. In the glass, expect a mild, rounded brew with jammy sweetness, ripe fig, dried apricot, and a soft custard quality that lingers. The low intensity makes it well suited to filter brewing — a V60 or Chemex will let those fruit and cream notes come through clearly. It also works without milk, holding its own as a gentle, flavourful black coffee.
