Landrace is sourced from Ethiopia, the birthplace of arabica, where heirloom varieties are typically grown at high altitude and processed to preserve their natural fruit character. In the cup, expect stone fruit and floral notes with a well-defined acidity and a smooth body that holds together as the shot cools. The name nods to the indigenous, unselected cultivars that give Ethiopian coffees their genetic depth and regional distinctiveness.
