Las Morenitas Washed comes from Nicaragua and is processed using the washed method, which strips away the fruit before drying to produce a clean, well-defined cup. Expect bright citrusy lime and tart cranberry on the palate, balanced by a sweetness that moves between toffee and smooth caramel. The clarity of the washed process makes this a good candidate for filter brewing, where those lighter, more delicate notes have room to come through. It works equally well as a pour-over or in an Aeropress if you prefer a slightly more concentrated result.
