Finca El Vikingo

These beans come from Finca el Vikingo in Panama, where they're processed to bring out their distinctive character. The cup opens with floral and herbal aromatics, followed by subtle fruity notes that linger through to the finish. Brew at a slightly lower temperature—around 90–92°C—to let the delicate flavours fully express themselves without becoming sharp or over-extracted.
