These beans come from Costa Rica and have been processed using the washed method, which brings clarity to their flavour profile. In the cup, you'll find blueberry and apricot notes alongside a subtle bergamot character that adds brightness and complexity. The aroma carries these fruit notes through beautifully. We'd recommend brewing this at a slightly lower temperature than usual—around 90–93°C—to let the delicate citrus and stone fruit qualities shine without becoming sharp.
