Golden Ticket

Golden Ticket is roasted by Catalyst using a honey process, which leaves some of the coffee cherry's natural mucilage on the bean during drying, adding body and a gentle sweetness to the cup. Expect flavours of stone fruit and caramelised sugar alongside darker notes of black tea and cocoa, with dark honey threading through from aroma to finish. It performs well across brewing methods — try it as a filter for clarity on the fruit notes, or as espresso to bring out the richer cocoa and caramel character. Best served black to let the honey-process complexity come through cleanly.
