Maverick

Maverick is a washed espresso roast from Catalyst, a process that strips back the fruit's outer layers before drying, giving the cup a clean, defined character. In the glass it delivers dark chocolate and cherry up front, with red fruit and citrus providing brightness and demerara sugar rounding out a long, smooth finish. It pulls well as a straight espresso, where the darker roast holds its own against the acidity, and it stands up comfortably in milk drinks without losing its core flavour.
