Finca Filadelfia

Finca Filadelfia is a washed-process coffee from Guatemala, where careful fermentation and clean drying bring out the bean's natural clarity. In the cup, expect a crisp green apple acidity, notes of plum, and a gentle cocoa finish that adds some depth to the brighter fruit tones. It works well as a filter — a V60 or Chemex will let the cleaner, more delicate flavours come through without interference. If you prefer espresso, a slightly longer ratio will help balance the acidity against the cocoa undertones.
