Moonshine is roasted by Catalyst using an anaerobic process, a method that creates a sealed, oxygen-free fermentation environment and draws out pronounced fruit and floral complexity. In the cup, expect bright raspberry and lychee alongside watermelon sweetness, with citrus acidity and a lingering floral finish. The omni roast style makes it adaptable across brewing methods, though a pour-over or Aeropress will highlight the more delicate fruit and floral layers. Serve without milk to keep those flavours clean and distinct.
