These washed Colombian beans deliver a cup that's both elegant and approachable, with floral aromatics and bright citrus character. The lower caffeine content makes this an excellent choice for afternoon enjoyment without sacrificing complexity. The geisha varietal brings a refined, tea-like quality to the cup. We'd suggest brewing this at a slightly lower temperature than usual—around 90–92°C—to preserve its delicate floral notes.
