Tinamit is sourced from Guatemala, where the country's volcanic highlands and distinct wet and dry seasons create ideal conditions for growing coffee with pronounced fruit development. In the cup, expect ripe peach and pineapple alongside a jammy sweetness that lingers into a clean finish. The fruity brightness makes this well suited to pour-over brewing, which tends to open up the more delicate aromatic notes. It also works well served black over ice if you want to lean into the fruit character.
