Hortigal Medium Roast

These beans are grown in Panama's Hortigal region and processed to bring out their inherent clarity. In the cup, you'll find a balanced medium body with bright orange and grapefruit notes, finished with the subtle sweetness of peach and apricot, alongside a delicate jasmine floral character. This roast works well as a filter coffee, where the flavours can develop fully, or as an espresso if you prefer something with a bit more body.
