These beans hail from Colombia and are processed using the honey method, which coats the beans in fruit mucilage during drying to create their distinctive sweetness. In the cup, you'll find bright tropical fruit flavours balanced with a syrupy body and clean finish. The aroma carries those same fruity notes with a pleasant sweetness.
