These beans come from Costa Rica and are processed using the honey method, which adds subtle sweetness and body to the cup. Expect warm almond and date notes to emerge as the coffee cools, with a pleasant açaí berry acidity that brightens the finish. The aroma carries that same dried fruit character—inviting and complex. We'd suggest brewing this at a slightly lower temperature than usual to highlight the delicate fruit notes.
