These washed-process beans hail from Honduras, where careful fermentation brings out the coffee's natural character. In the cup, you'll find vibrant citrus flavour with stone fruit sweetness and a gentle fudgy finish that lingers pleasantly. The aroma carries those same orange and nectarine notes with a touch of cocoa. We'd suggest brewing this at a slightly lower temperature than usual—around 90–93°C—to let the delicate fruit flavours come through without any harsh edges.
