These beans originate from Honduras and are processed using the washed method, which brings out their clarity and brightness. In the cup, you'll find a lovely balance of tropical fruit and floral aromatics, with supporting notes of star fruit, cashew, and brown sugar that linger gently. The coffee works particularly well as a filter brew, where these delicate flavours can fully express themselves without competition. We'd suggest brewing at a slightly lower temperature if you prefer to emphasise the sweeter, more floral characteristics.
