About Chiroso EF2

This naturally processed Colombian coffee from Kiss the Hippo opens with bright blackcurrant and blood orange aromatics, followed by deeper notes of fig and dark berries in the cup. The natural processing brings out fruit-forward complexity while maintaining the strength you'd expect from a full roast. A medium-fine grind works well for filter brewing, allowing the citrus and berry notes to develop fully without becoming astringent.
