These natural processed beans come from China, where the drying process helps develop their distinctive fruity character. I had this for the first time yesterday from the Spitalfields shop, as a long black. Absolutely delicious. Red Brick and Allpress Espresso have always been my top two faves, but this single-origin from China, really, really challenges them.
