Leonid Ramirez EF2 comes from Colombia, where the beans are processed naturally to develop their distinctive character. In the cup, you'll find fermented plum leading the way, followed by sweet caramel and shortbread notes that linger pleasantly. The natural processing gives this coffee a fuller body and more fruit-forward profile than washed coffees. We'd suggest brewing it as a filter coffee or espresso to let those layered flavours come through clearly.
