The cup opens with warming spice notes of cinnamon and orange blossom, followed by layers of pomegranate and candied orange that linger gently. Best enjoyed as a filter or pour-over to fully appreciate the interplay of these layered flavours, or as an espresso if you prefer the chocolate and spice notes more concentrated.
