About Bourbon Ají
This coffee comes from beans processed to bring out the natural sweetness of the Bourbon variety. In the cup, you'll find bright cherry notes mingling with cola-like cola undertones, rounded out by chocolate and maple syrup that linger on the finish. There's a subtle floral character that emerges as the coffee cools. We'd suggest brewing it at standard strength—pour-over or espresso both work well—to let these layered flavours come through without competition.
