These Ethiopian beans are processed using the sparkling water decaf method, a gentle approach that preserves the coffee's character. In the cup, you'll find bright cherry jam and red currant notes balanced by dark chocolate undertones, with a clean finish that makes this decaf genuinely interesting to drink. The medium roast brings out these flavours without heaviness, making it equally enjoyable as a morning brew or afternoon cup. We'd suggest brewing it at 90–92°C to let the fruit-forward notes shine.
