In the cup, expect nectarine and papaya up front, with blueberry running through the body and a clean sweetness from sugarcane rounding out the finish, alongside a gentle citrus lift. It works well as a pour-over, which lets the lighter fruit notes come through without distraction. Drinking it black gives you the clearest picture of what the bean has to offer.
