Lauca

Lauca comes from Peru and is processed using the washed method, which strips away the fruit before drying and tends to produce a cleaner, more transparent cup. Expect a light, bright profile with gentle citrus acidity, floral aromatics, and a smooth finish. It's a good candidate for pour-over or Aeropress, where its clarity and subtlety can come through without interference. Works well black, served at a slightly cooler temperature to let the delicate notes develop.
