Pitaya

Pitaya is a naturally processed coffee from Caravan, London's well-regarded roaster with longstanding relationships with producers across Africa and Latin America. Natural processing allows the fruit to dry around the bean, which draws out the bright, jammy fruit notes and reinforces the coffee's inherent sweetness in the cup — expect a rounded body with a clean, fruit-forward finish. It works well as a filter brew, where lower temperatures and a slower pour give those fruit characteristics room to develop. Try it black to appreciate the sweetness without distraction.
