Odaco

Odaco is sourced from Ethiopia, a country widely regarded as the birthplace of arabica coffee, where beans are often processed using traditional natural or washed methods that shape their distinctive character. In the cup, expect bright fruit notes alongside floral aromatics — the kind of clarity and sweetness that Ethiopian coffees are known for. It works particularly well as a pour-over or Aeropress brew, where a lower water temperature around 92–94°C allows the more delicate notes to come through cleanly. A straightforward black coffee, no milk needed.
