Caravan's House blend draws on beans sourced from established growing regions, selected for consistency and roasted to a medium level that preserves natural sweetness without edging into bitterness. In the cup, expect a balanced espresso with gentle fruit character and a clean, sweet finish that holds up well with or without milk. The roast is approachable enough for everyday drinking and works reliably as the base for a flat white or cortado. Pull it at standard espresso parameters — around 9 bar, 25–30 seconds — and adjust grind size to bring out more of the fruity brightness if desired.
