Sholi Top Lot

Sholi Top Lot is sourced from a carefully selected lot and processed using the natural method, where beans are dried inside the whole fruit, allowing sugars to develop fully and flavours to concentrate. The result is a cup with pronounced dried-fruit sweetness, a rounded body, and a gentle, wine-like complexity on the nose. It works well as a filter coffee brewed at a slightly lower temperature — around 90–92°C — which helps preserve the subtler aromatic layers without pushing any bitterness forward. Drink it black to get the clearest sense of what the natural process brings to the cup.
