These washed beans from Rwanda deliver a cup that's vibrant and approachable, with tangy citrus leading into orange peel and berry jam notes. The washed process brings clarity to the cup, letting the fruit-forward character of these beans shine through. Brew them at a slightly lower temperature—around 90–92°C—to emphasise the delicate citrus and preserve the tea-like clarity. They work equally well as a pour-over or in a filter pot.
