Mutambu Hill

Mutambu Hill comes from Burundi and is processed using the washed method, which strips away the fruit before drying and produces a notably clean, transparent cup. In the glass it offers cherry and cranberry alongside a warmer dried-fruit note of golden raisin, giving it both brightness and a little body. It's a coffee that rewards a slower approach — a pour-over or Chemex will let the fruit notes come through without interference. Drink it black to follow the acidity as the cup cools.
