Elzer Garcia

Elzer Garcia is a single origin coffee from Peru, processed using the washed method, which strips away the fruit before drying and tends to produce a cleaner, more defined cup. In the glass it offers red grape and maple syrup alongside a gentle milk chocolate finish, making for a balanced and quietly complex brew. It works well as a pour over or Aeropress, where the clarity of the washed process can come through without distraction. A medium grind and water around 93°C will let the grape and chocolate notes show themselves without bitterness.
