El Mirador

El Mirador is sourced from Peru and processed using the natural method, where beans are dried inside the whole fruit, which draws out the coffee's inherent sweetness and complexity. In the cup, expect ripe peach and grape alongside the floral lift of honeysuckle — fruit-forward without being heavy. This roast works well as a filter, where a lower brew temperature around 90–92°C allows the delicate aromatics to come through cleanly. It also holds up as a cold brew, deepening the stone-fruit character over a longer steep.
